- Perform industrial maintenance tasks, including troubleshooting and repairing painting, patch work, repairs, carpet cleaning, deep cleaning any other tasks assigned by management.
- Apply mechanical knowledge to diagnose and resolve issues plumbing, electrical painting carpet cleaning, landscaping - Collaborate with a team of engineers and technicians to maintain and improve production processes.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential equipment failures and implement preventive maintenance measures.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical & HVAC - Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests.
Qualifications:
.
- Proven experience as an Engineer or similar role in an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of painting, landscaping, plumbing, electrical and repairs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
