Conduct the new hire orientations and training.
Complete necessary documentation for background investigations and Central Registry checks.
Responsibilities include tracking and scheduling employee-required training and certifications to ensure uninterrupted service delivery to our individuals.
Handling inquiries of employees and providing them with proper information.
Look into issues like employee safety, benefits, welfare, health issues, etc.
Preparing presentations for the employees to make them acquainted with the culture and quality standards expected from the employees by Unity Family Services, Inc.
Plan continuous development programs for the employees of the company to improve productivity and promote growth.
Tracking the productivity of the employees and assisting them in attaining their goals.
Discuss the salaries and benefits with new employees, with the final approval of the Administrative Director.
He/she will also be responsible for maintaining all employee files and paperwork according to policy.
Maintain all records in accordance will the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services.
Managing confidential matters of the changes in the organization and protecting crucial information of the company by implementing proper security procedures in the company.
Responsible for ongoing recruitment and marketing to ensure we attract experienced candidates to maintain a workforce that meets the required standards to provide ongoing support to our service programs and individuals.
Designing and posting advertisements for jobs on various media sites such as on the internet and in newspapers.
Screening the applications and scheduling interviews of the applicants by matching them with the company's criteria and conducting aptitude tests.
Verify important documents provided by the applicants for their authenticity and maintain their documents with the company.
Consolidate payroll to be turned in to Administrative Director each pay cycle.
Actively participates in the agency's quality assurance planning and implementation.
Complete all other administrative duties as assigned by the Administrative Director.
