Maintain the framework of the chart of accounts Input journal entries into the system Perform daily reconciliations for multiple accounts Ensure all bookkeeping processes comply with GAAP and meet deadlines for purchasing/inventory, accounts/notes receivable, accounts/notes payable, and payroll payments, filings, and reports
Qualifications:
Thorough knowledge of chart of accounts, journal entries, reconciliations, and all standard bookkeeping processes (GAAP Compliance) Demonstrate consistent follow-through with deadlines and project completion Must possess a strong attention to detail Must be methodical, careful, and persistent about doing work correctly the first time Must be in the office full-time Our firm culture is one of collaboration and teamwork.
