Plan and perform routine preventive maintenance to keep the center in exceptional condition.
Maintain and repair mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and medical equipment.
Monitor and assist with building renovations and remodeling projects.
Manage maintenance department including staff, budgets, and supplies.
Implement and follow safety guidelines and regulations including the Center's Emergency Operation Plan.
Oversee and assist with grounds maintenace and equipment.
Requirements:
Knowledge and understanding of building codes and safety regulations including OSHA.
Ability to use Center's maintenance equipment which may require extensive physical activity at times.
Ability to communicate effectively with patients, employees and visitors.
Ability to be on call and work evenings and weekends, as needed.
